Did You Know?

Tuition revenue only covers about 65% of the cost of your education!
But tuition is $20,500.00! Paying only 65% is like saying that I am only paying to go to school from August-February each year!

Why am I not paying $31,538.00?

Generous alumni who were once in your shoes donate to UIndy each year. Their contributions, whether large or small, help balance the cost of your tuition each year making the UIndy experience both enjoyable and affordable!
In May, you too will be an alumnus or alumna of UIndy. Don't let tuition become too great for future generations of students to enjoy the same UIndy experience. We need your participation!

Now that I'm becoming an alumnus or alumna in May, does that mean that it is now my turn to help UIndy students keep tuition from rising too much by donating to my alma mater?

Members of the Class of 2009 are making generous contributions of $20.09 to UIndy for that very reason! They are donating to areas including student scholarships, the Krannert School of Physical Therapy, the School of Business, the new Student Athletic Recreation Center, or the Annual Fund to support campus-wide improvements. The possibilities are endless!

But $20.09 is a lot of money right now. I mean, I have student loans and I'm even having trouble finding a job after graduation! Do you actually expect me to be able to donate THIS YEAR?

Are you going to Starbucks at least once a week to study? Have you enjoyed a movie-date night recently with your significant other or best friend? How many songs have you purchased on iTunes recently?
You enjoy spending money on these small pleasures. You have also enjoyed your time at UIndy. $20.09 doesn't seem like as much money any more, does it?

Well, I don't want to be left out on participating! I need to participate if the Class of 2009 is to be the first class to reach 100% participation in Senior Legacy drive! How can I help?

Here is a little GREAThound math: $20.09 (Generous Donation) x 678 (Seniors) = 100% (Participation!)

We're only Seniors for a few more weeks, so make your gift online TODAY. Click "Give Online Now" and then "Click Here to create a Non-Member account". (When giving online, designate your gift under "Other Area/Designation Amount" under special request.)
We also take those old-fashioned donations with checks made payable to UIndy!
